eduFleet Exchange is a discovery and direct-contact marketplace for schools. We help verified schools find teachers, suppliers, and school-owned vehicles for sale — and help teachers, suppliers, and sellers reach schools directly. We do not charge commissions, and we are not a party to any employment, purchase, or sale arrangement made between users. Any agreement, payment, or transaction you enter into with another user on eduFleet Exchange is strictly between you and that user.
Accounts and verification
You must provide accurate information when creating an account, and you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Some listings and profiles go through a verification step — verification indicates that basic checks were completed at that point in time, not an ongoing guarantee. You are responsible for exercising your own judgment before entering into any arrangement with another user.
Acceptable use
Use eduFleet Exchange honestly. Do not post false, misleading, or duplicate listings; misrepresent your identity, school, or qualifications; harass or spam other users; or attempt to circumvent verification or security controls. We may suspend or remove accounts and listings that violate these terms or that we believe put other users at risk.
No warranty
Listings, salary ranges, and profile information are supplied by users and may change or contain errors. eduFleet Exchange is provided on an as-is basis, and we make no warranty about the accuracy of any listing or the conduct of any user.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of eduFleet Exchange after an update means you accept the revised terms.
